How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders are usually shipped out within 3 business days.

When can I expect my package?

Most small accessories and figures are kept here in the USA and those usually take 3-5 business days after your order has been shipped. Most clothing and more unique items are made as the order is received and that usually takes 1-2 weeks. In both cases you will be emailed a tracking number where you will be able to track your orders.

Can I refund my order?

Yes, if for any reason you weren’t 100% satisfied with your order please contact us at admin@bestanimemerch.com within 14 business days of purchase and we’ll get started on your refund right away!
